The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of Security Services That Can Be Ordered, If Necessary, For Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy (Later Also The Client), Which Provides Security Services For Properties Managed By The City Of Vantaa. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes Local Security Services That Can Be Ordered As Needed, Order Control Services, Personal Protection Services, Event Security Services And Training Services Related To The Security Sector. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendix 1 Service Description. The Planned Start Date Of The Contracts Is August 1, 2026. The Contract Period Is Limited To 12 Months And The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract With Three (3) One (1) Year Option Periods. It Is A Framework Arrangement For Which No More Than Two (2) Framework Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On A Comparison Of Offers In Order Of Priority. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tenders (Appendix 5). The Estimated Total Value Of The Procurement During The Contract Period Is Approximately Eur 64,000 (Vat 0%). The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period.
