The Object Of The Acquisition Is Os. Supervision Of The Construction, Hvac And Electrical Work Of The Apartment Building And Parking Garage Under Construction At Pölkintie 16 (6,000 M2). The Tenderer Must Offer All (Rak + Lvias) Control Tasks. The Supervisor Of The Construction Works Coordinates The Work Of The Supervision Group. The Task Of The Consultant Selected For The Supervision Tasks Is To Supervise The Construction Phases Of The Construction Contracts In Cooperation With The Clients Developer, And To Ensure That The Construction Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Set Quality, Schedule And Cost Goals And Plans. The Construction Works Started In April 2026 And Will Be Completed By October 2027.
