The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Acquire A Unified Parking System Solution For The Parking Areas Of Tallinn Airport, Which Allows Managing Passenger Parking Lots, Taxi Areas And The Car Sharing Area In One System. There Are Also Two Parking Lots In Skoob That Are Not Directly Intended For Passengers. The New Solution Must Enable The Management Of All Passenger Airport Parking Areas In A Single System And Support The Daily Operation Of The Parking Service. The Procurement Includes Parking System Software, Necessary Hardware Components, System Implementation, And Maintenance And Support Services. In Addition To Cloud-Based Parking Software Procurement And Partial Hardware Procurement, The Procurement Scope Also Includes Parking Pre-Booking And Dynamic Pricing Functionalities, The Requirements Of Which Are More Detailed. Described In Appendix 2. If The Provider Wants To Establish A Separate Fee % Of The Revenue Generated From Pre-Booking Parking, It Applies Only To The Revenue From Pre-Booking Parking, Not To The Revenue From Additional Sales Or Upsells.
