The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Plumbing Services. The Service Delivery Includes All Necessary Ongoing Plumbing Services Related To Operation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting And Minor Improvements In Existing County Municipal Buildings And For County Municipal Dental Health Services That Can Be Carried Out Continuously Without Project Organisation. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Delivery Of Material. The Delivery May Consist Of Service And Material Or Only Delivery Of Service. Material Cannot Be Purchased On The Agreement Alone. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into Four Subcontracts According To Regions: South Troms Midt - Troms Tromsø Region North Troms The Client Will Enter Into Agreements With Up To Eight Suppliers In Total, Two Per Region. For Each Region, Contracts Are Awarded In Priority Order (1 And 2), Provided That There Is A Sufficient Number Of Qualified Suppliers And Valid Offers Submitted.
