nrk 2026/327 Framework Agreement Qualitative Analyses . Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Qualitative Insight Services, Including Everything From Recruitment To Carrying Out Analyses. The Agreement Will Support Nrks Editorial And Strategic Development Through Traditional And Innovative Methods That Adapt To A Constantly Changing Media Market. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement Of 17 June 2016 No. 73 (Loa) And Regulations On Public Procurement Of 12 August 2016 No. 974 (Foa) Part I And Part Iii, As Well As Provisions In This Tender Basis. Contract Award Will Be Made In Accordance Procedure Open Tender. It Is Specified That No Opportunity Will Be Given To Negotiate. The Supplier Must Therefore Submit Its Best Offer Within The Offer Deadline.
