Estimated Commencement Of The Framework Agreement Is 01.07.2026 The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of Two - 2 - Years From Commencement. The Client Has The Unilateral Right To Extend The Agreement By Up To 1 + 1 Year. If The Client Decides Not To Use The Extension Option, The Client Must Give Written Notice To The Supplier No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. Expected Annual Turnover In The Coming Years Is Nok 7,000,000-13,000,000 Excl. Vat. Against The Background Of The Above, The Maximum Withdrawal From The Framework Agreement Is Set At Nok 55 Million Excl. Vat For 4 Years In Total.
