Type Of Servicethe Subject Of The New Building Project Is The Construction Of A Connecting Building For 2 School Buildings In Order To Establish A Connection, Create A Second Escape Route And Create Barrier-Free Access For Both Buildings Using The Elevator. The New Building Should Be Realized By The Contractor On A Turnkey, Functional And Operational Basis Based On The Clients Attached Design Plan. The Bidder Is Free To Choose The Structural System (Modular/Solid Construction, Etc.) Provided That All Requirements Are Implemented And Valid Standards And Regulations For School Construction Are Adhered To. The Contractual Production Of The Project Includes All Necessary Planning Services, Deliveries, Construction Services And All Other Necessary Services Not Yet Provided By The Client And The Assumption Of All Costs That Are Necessary For The Creation Of The Project, Unless They Are Expressly Excluded. In Accordance With The Project Contract And Its Appendices, The Contractor Provides The Following Services In Particular: A) The Complete Implementation Planning Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Agreed With The Client, B) Obtaining The Necessary Approvals For The Creation And Operation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract And C) All Construction Work Including The Equipment Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Described In More Detail In The Flb.
