State Concession For The Private Use Of The Public Domain Space Designated As A Bar In The Bellpuig Municipal Swimming Pools.The Object Of The Competition Is The Administrative Concession For The Private Use Of A Municipal Property, Qualified As Public Domain, And Intended For A Bar. The Activity Will Take Place In The Building On Which The Concession Is Granted, Located In Plaça 1 Doctubre S/Nº, With An Approximate Area Of ​​100 M2 (Including Terrace). The Destiny Of The Good Will Only And Exclusively Be The Development Of A Bars Own Activities. These Uses Must Be Maintained Throughout The Duration Of The Concession. With This Procedure, The Right To Occupy Privately And Exclusively The Bar Facilities Of The Municipal Swimming Pools Of Bellpuig Will Be Awarded With The Purpose Of Proceeding With Their Exploitation. The Contract Includes The Following Services By The Contractor: •Operation Of The Bar Service Of The Municipal Swimming Pools. • Access Control To Municipal Swimming Pools. •Sale Of Individual Daily Tickets In Favor Of The City Council. • Daily Cleaning Of All The Facilities (Bar, Terraces, Dressing Rooms And Bathrooms). The Space Includes The Outdoor Terrace And The Interior Spaces Of The Dressing Rooms, Medicine Cabinet And Toilets.
