13.25.10-04 Consulting Services For Building Envelope Remediation – Esquimalt Health Unit (Ehu) . The Crd Invites Proposals From Qualified Consulting Firms With Demonstrated Experience In The Investigation And Design Of Building Envelope Systems For Wood And Steel-Framed, Stucco-Clad Structures. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Comprehensive Assessment Of Existing Envelope Assemblies To Support Phased Remediation, Evaluation Of Structural Integrity And Associated Repair Requirements And Provision Of Full Professional Services Including Reporting, Design, Permitting, Tendering, And Construction Administration. The District Reserves The Right To Award In Whole Or In Part. Proponents May Be Awarded Additional Follow-Onwork Without A Further Competition.
