The Subject Of The Construction Project Is To Perform Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Improving Energy Efficiency In The Public Sector - Thermal Modernization Of The Lks Building In Olszyn, At Ul. Jałowcowa 34 In Olszyna, Herby Commune, Lubliniec Poviat, Silesian Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Lks Building In Olszyn And The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building, In A Manner Consistent With The Dnsh Principles, This Should Be Understood As The Principle Of Do No Serious Damage (Do No Significant Harm) Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of The Taxonomy Regulation, The Delegated Acts Adopted Pursuant To This Regulation And The European Commissions Guidelines On The Application Of The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm In Relation To Regulation 2020/842 Of 18 June 2020 Establishing A Recovery And Resilience Facility (Oj Eu L Of 2021, No. 57, Page 17). The Regulation Sets Out The Following Environmental Objectives: - Mitigation Of Climate Change, - Adaptation To Climate Change, - Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources, - Transition To A Circular Economy, - Prevention And Control Of Pollution, - Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems. Due To The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare A Pre-Demolition Audit And A List Of Waste That May Be Generated During The Implementation Of The Works, Necessary To Prepare An As-Built Report, 2) Prepare An As-Built Report Containing Information On The Implementation Of The Works, Taking Into Account The Dnsh Rules. 3) Carrying Out The Works In A Manner And Using Machines And Devices That Reduce The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Other Substances During Demolition Works 4) Preparing Reports On Measurements Of Noise, Dust And Pollution Levels During Construction Works, The Results Of Which Will Be Included In The Post-Construction Report 5) Ongoing Assessment Of Physical Climatic Threats That May Be Important For The Building Being The Subject Of Thermal Modernization Works. General Scope Of Works:Construction Industry:The Implementation Of Construction Works Involves The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Sports Field Facilities At 34 Jałowcowa Street In Olszyn, Which Involves Insulating The Walls And The Flat Roof Of The Building And Replacing The Windows And Doors.Electrical Industry:The Implementation Of Electrical Works Involves The Construction Of A 6.0 Kwp Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Sports Field Facilities Building At Ul. Jałowcowa 34 In Olszyn, Including The Replacement Of Existing Lighting Lamps With Led Luminaires And The Dismantling And Reassembly Of The Lightning Protection System In Connection With Thermal Modernization Works And Installation Of Pv Panels.
