Sienkiewicza 6, 42-600 Tarnowskie Górythe Building Of The Wieloprofilowy Zespół Szkół Located At Ul. Sienkiewicza 6 In Tarnowskie Góry Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Of The City Of Tarnowskie Góry.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The Hydrant Installation In The School Building Along With Accompanying/Finishing Works.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation (Annex No. 5A-B To The Swz), Which Consists Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design - Annex No. 5A;B) Technical Design - Annex No. 5B;2) Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 6 To The Swz);3) Stwior (Annex No. 7 To The Swz)4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To Swz).5. Conditions Of Order Execution. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed Based On The Order Documents.
