The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Entitled: Modernization Of Control And Measurement Equipment And Automation, As Well As Replacement Of Pump Units Along With The Authors Supervision As Part Of The Task Modernization Of The Gocław Bluszcze Pumping Station.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With The Annexes.15. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Conduct A Site Visit To The Subject Of The Order Before Submitting An Offer. The On-Site Visit Is Intended To Familiarize The Contractor With The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As With The Conditions For Its Implementation, In Order To Exclude Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Order. The On-Site Visit Covers The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Order For The Contractors To Estimate The Cost And Risk And All Data That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer.1) The Ordering Party Informs That An On-Site Visit Is Possible In The Period From The Date Of The Announcement Of The Proceedings In Question To The Day Preceding The Day For Submitting Applications For Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz, After Prior E-Mail Arrangement With The Ordering Party;2) The Date Of The On-Site Visit Should Be Agreed Individually By Each Contractor With The Persons Indicated In Point 3), Bearing In Mind That The Visits Can Only Be Carried Out In The Presence Of Employees Of The Ordering Party And On The Following Dates: On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 9:30 - 15:00, After Prior Arrangement With The Persons Indicated In Point 3);3) The Person Responsible For Organizing The Site Visit Is Mr. Piotr Zakrzewski, Email: [email protected] And Mr. Janusz Klusek, Email: [email protected], And The Place Of The Site Visit Is: Gocław Bluszcze Pumping Station, Ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 724, 03-980 Warszawa;4) People Who Come For An On-Site Visit Are Required To Have An Identity Document With Them. A Protocol Signed By The Representatives Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit. The Protocol Template Is Attached As Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. A Copy Of The Signed Protocol From The On-Site Visit Should Be Submitted With The Offer. 5) During The On-Site Visit, No Inquiries Will Be Accepted And No Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Swz Will Be Provided. Requests For Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz Should Be Sent To The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 284 Of The Public Procurement Law;6) The Cost Of The On-Site Visit (Related To Travel To The Site, Participation In The On-Site Visit, The Use Of Its Own Employees And The Costs Of Materials Needed To Complete The Order Are Borne By The Contractor, Without The Right To Return Them From The Ordering Party;7
