1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of An Arrangement And Telecommunications Design For The Building At Ul. Rynek 22/24 As Part Of The Project Modernization And Equipment Of The Korzeniewskich Department Store For The Needs Of The Intergenerational Knowledge Center.2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Decision Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments No. Zn/366/2025 Of October 22, 2025, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement.3. The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Telecommunications Industry Includes: 1) Development Of A Lan Project With The Location Of Network Sockets; 2) Development Of A Fiber Optic Network Project; 3) Development Of A Project For Low-Voltage Electrical Installations With The Location Of Electrical Sockets; 4) Development Of A Server Room Project, Including The Construction Of A Technical Floor And The Purchase Of Servers And Their Equipment; 5) Development Of A Project For An Access Control Installation; 6) Development Of A Project For An Air-Conditioning Installation; 7) Development Of A Design For Comfort And Evacuation Lighting; 8) Development Of A Design For A Fire Protection Switch Electricity;9) Developing A Design For An Intruder And Intruder System;10) Developing A Design For A Cctv Installation.4. The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Interior Design Covers The 1St, 2Nd, 3Rd And 4Th Floors Of The Building. The Subject Of The Agreement Should Include Solutions Regarding The Purpose Of The Rooms For Future Users Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Agreement And The Design Assumptions Constituting Annex No. 3 To This Agreement.5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Section 2 And 3 Above, The Contractor Will Prepare A Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.6. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Prepare A Visualization (15 Views) Of The Designed Facility And Obtain All Data, Decisions, Permits And Arrangements Required By Separate Regulations That Will Be Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Approval Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments.7. Under This Agreement, The Contractor Will Also Exercise Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 6 Of The Draft Agreement.8. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Opz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
