1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The District Office In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Świdnicka 38 To Ensure Accessibility And Adaptation To Fire Protection Requirements - Sap Installation. 2. Building Of The District Office In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Świdnicka 38 Is Included In The List Of Immovable Monuments Of The City Of Dzierżoniów. 3. For The Construction Project In Question, The Ordering Party Has A Building Permit Decision No. 20/2024 Of January 16, 2024. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Installation Of A Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detectors, Manual Fire Alarms, Signals And Other Elements Of The Sap System; 2) Cabling Of The Sap System Along With Cable Routes (Including Grouting, Laying Pipes And Cables And Their Protection); 3) Installation And Connection Of Power Supply Devices And Devices Cooperating With The System, Including Pwp, Power Supplies And Batteries; 4) Construction And Modernization Of Emergency Lighting Installations; 5) Execution Of Earthworks In The Field Of Laying Cables And External Installation Works; 6) Carrying Out The Necessary Electrical Measurements, Trials, Tests And Commissioning Of The System; 7) Carrying Out Reconstruction Works After Installation Works, Including Replenishing Plasters, Painting, Restoring Suspended Ceilings; 8) Accompanying Works, Including Dismantling Of Existing Installations, Installation Of Door Joinery With The Required Fire Resistance, As Well As Tidying Up The Area And Removing Waste. Note: The Scope Of Works Does Not Include The Installation Of Hydrant Water Or The Construction Of An Elevator. 5. A Detailed Description Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. The Design Documentation Consists Of: 1) Construction Design, 2) Detailed Design, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), 4) Bill Of Quantities. 7. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Only Informational And Auxiliary Documentation In Preparing The Offer (It Is Not A Document Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order). 8. Whenever In The Design Documentation Or Stwior There Is A Reference To A Non-Mandatory International Or National Standard, It Should Be Understood That The Ordering Party Allows In The Offer Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Quoted Non-Mandatory National Or International Standard. 9. All Named Materials And Adopted Technologies Used In The Technical And Design Documentation Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards.
