The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Assortment Defined In Accordance With Art. 2 Points 12-13 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act):• Ict Product Means An Element Or Group Of Elements Of Networks Or Information Systems,• Service Ict Means A Service Consisting Entirely Or Mainly In Transmitting, Storing, Retrieving Or Processing Information Via Networks And It Systems, And • Ict Process Means A Set Of Activities Performed To Design, Develop, Deliver Or Maintain Ict Products Or Ict Services, I.E. Purchase Of Firewall Devices - 2 Pcs. Along With The Implementation Service And Network Segmentation. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Instructions For Administrators And Support And Technical Service For 36 Months (Counted From The Date Of Receipt). Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.
