The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Is Located On The Investors Plot Marked With Registration Number 536, Located In Marydół, Ostrzeszów Commune. The Foresters Lodge Is A Single-Family Residential Building With A Section Separated For The Needs Of The Office For Servicing Petitioners. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Renovation And Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Building And The Construction Of An Internal Sanitary Sewage System, Renovation Of The Home Sewage Treatment Plant In The Form Of Replacing The Infiltration Line. The Reconstruction Covered The Ground Floor Of The Building - The Office And Living Room, The Basement And The Attic Will Be Renovated. From The Side, Southern Side, Entrance To The Office Part And The Basement, Via Stairs On The Ground, Covered Entrance. From The Northern Side There Is An Entrance To The Residential Part, Off-Road Stairs On The Ground, Entrance With A Covered Terrace. Entrance To The Attic Level Via A Staircase From The Private Entrance. Descent To The Second Part Of The Basement Via Steel And Concrete Stairs From The Residential Part. Note: The Ordering Party Does Not Impose An Obligation, But Recommends Carrying Out An Inspection Of The Investment Area In Connection With Demolition And Construction Works. Disposal Of Demolition Waste (Except Materials For Recovery, E.G. Scrap) In A Manner Consistent With Environmental Protection And Waste Management Standards (Including Obtaining A Bdo Waste Card).
