The Investment Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works: Manual Cutting And Grubbing Up Bushes And Undergrowth: Rare - 0.04 Ha, Mowing Weeds And Annual Self-Seeding Plants In The Area: Not Covered With Trees - 1,189 M2, Excavations Performed With Crawler Bulldozers With A Power Of 55 Kw /75 Hp/, With The Displacement Of The Excavated Material Up To A Distance Of 10 M: Soil Category I-Ii. – 356.70 M3; 2) Installation Of Playground Equipment: Single-Tower Play Set With A Slide And Assembly – 1 Pc., Two-Tower Set With A Slide And Assembly – 1 Pc., Sandbox With Assembly – 1 Pc., Double Swing With Assembly – 1 Pc., Carousel With Assembly – 1 Pc., Rocker With Assembly – 2 Pcs., Bench Wooden 6 Pcs., Board With Playground Regulations - 1 Pc., Waste Bin - 1 Pc.; 3) Playground Surface - Sand: Manual Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil For The Construction Layers Of The Surface - Soil Category: I-Ii - 180 M2, Sand Ballast, Layer Thickness 20 Cm. Analogy – 180 M2. B. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: A) Perform Geodetic Measurement Activities, Including Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, B) Prepare Acceptance Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Detailed Scope Of Works Has Been Indicated In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior). A Detailed Description And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 4 To Swz.1. General Requirements: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations, While Minimizing The Inconvenience Of Carrying Out The Works Carried Out At The Ordering Partys Premises As Much As Possible. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Provide Appropriate Management. 2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Uses Only High-Quality Products For The Execution Of The Order, Having Valid Quality Certificates, Approval Certificates, Attestations, Safety Mark Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Applicable Regulations. 3) The Contractor Shall Secure The Construction Site, In Particular With Regard To The Ordering Partys Property And Its Own Property, In Particular The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Devices, Equipment And Materials At His Own Expense. 4) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of His Employees During The Execution Of The Works. Employees And Other Persons Located Within The Transferred Construction Site Due To The Works Carried Out.5) The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Any Damage Occurring On The Premises Of The
