The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Roads In The Kutno Commune, Consisting In The Receipt And Installation Of 350 Tons Of Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Marked Ac8s, Produced Hot In Paving Machines, Meeting The Requirements Of Ost-D-05.03.05A (As For The Wearing Course, Traffic Category Kr 1 - 2) And The Receipt And Installation Of 700 Tons Of Road Aggregate Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242 And Pn-En 131088 Standards On The Road Network And Mechanical Road Profiling With A Grader And Mechanical Compaction With A Vibratory Roller. 2. The Order Was Divided Into Parts: Part I - Acceptance And Installation Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture - Including The Acceptance And Installation Of A Maximum Of 350 Tons Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture On The Road Network In The Commune Kutno; 3. Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz; B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz, Including: - D - M-00.00.00 - General Requirements; - D - 05/03/05A - Asphalt Concrete Surface. Wearing Layer According To Wt-1 And Wt-2; -D – 05/03/17 – Partial Renovation Of Asphalt Surfaces. C) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5A To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Accept And Install A Smaller Amount Of Mineral-Asphalt Mixture And Road Aggregate Than Specified In Point 2 Of The Swz. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part I At The Level Of At Least 60% Of The Value Of The Gross Price Of The Offer Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz); The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Complete The Remaining Part Of The Order, In Particular Due To The Right To Payment Of Remuneration Or Compensation.5. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
