The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Existing Lighting In The Horodło Commune. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Replacement Of 261 Sets Of Led Street Lighting Fixtures, Consisting Of A Lighting Fixture Equipped With A 2X1.5 Mm² Connection Cable And A Controller In The Zhaga Book 18 Standard, Manufactured In The European Union Or Approved For Use In The European Union, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation And The Minimum Parameters Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz;2) The Selection Of Lighting Fixtures And Their Light Distribution Should Take Into Account The Situational Conditions Of The Installation, In Particular: Road Category, Installation Height (Height Of Poles), Distance Of The Fixtures From The Road, Spacing Of Poles/Luminaires And The Geometry And Layout Of The Illuminated Road; Luminaires Up To 1.0 M Above The Overhead Line, With A Side Projection Of Up To 1.5 M - Parameters To Be Finally Agreed With The Ordering Party; 4) Replacement Of Existing Power Supply And Protection Elements, I.E. Fuse Boxes And Fuse Inserts In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Lighting Luminaire Manufacturer; 5) Checking The Technical Condition Of The Existing Street Lighting Installation; 6) Selection Of Lighting Luminaires With Led Light Sources In A Way That Guarantees The Achievement Of The Required Technical And Operational Parameters, Based On The Minimum Requirements Specified In Technical Documentation And Annex No. 9 To Swz;7) Installation Of Soft Start Systems Limiting The Starting Current (If Required);8) Modernization Of 29 Lighting Cabinets, Including The Replacement Of Existing Astronomical Clocks With Clocks Enabling Remote Management From The Control System Level;9) Implementation Of A Communication Network In Lorawan Technology For The Needs Of The Street Lighting Control System;10) Delivery, Commissioning And Configuration Of A Street Lighting Control System Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 9 To Swz11) Conducting Training The Employers Staff In The Operation Of The Lighting Control System;12) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For The Replacement Of Lighting, Including In Particular: A) Single-Line Diagram Of The Lighting Circuits In The Transformer Station With Marked Fixtures (Determining The Type And Power Of The Fixtures);B) Calculations Of The Power Of The Lighting Circuits;C) Calculations For The Selection Of Lighting Circuit Protection; D) A Report On Reactive Power Measurements;13) Declarations Of Compliance Of The Materials Used With The Applicable Regulations Standards;14) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Take Samples (Not Less Than 3 Pieces) From The Delivered Or Installed Led Lighting Fixtures In Order To Conduct Independent Laboratory Tests.
