The Contractor Will Deliver The Articles Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Also Bear The Costs Related To The Proper Securing Of The Articles During Delivery, Including The Costs Of Their Packaging. The Contractor Is Obliged To Unload The Articles And Bring Them To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage Incurred During Transport, Unloading And Bringing Into The Room Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative.
