Before Starting Work: 1. The Contractor Is Responsible For Obtaining All Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Designs, Permits And Notifications; 2. The Contractor Reports The Construction Works Together With Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection From The Competent Authority; 3. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Act Before Public Administration Authorities; 4. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Basic Maps And Abbreviated Extracts From The Land Register; 5. The Contractor Bears The Risk And Costs Related To The Need To Obtain Additional, Unplanned Arrangements, If They Result From Legal Provisions; 6. The Contractor Will Develop And Implement The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works. Renovation Of Ul. Karpacka, Length Approx. 109.2 M: Works Related To The Renovation Of The Surface Of Ul. Karpacka In Zgierz Will Be Carried Out On The Section Located On Plots With Registration Numbers: In The Above-Mentioned Area From The Eastern Border Of Plot 889/3, Area 140 (I.E. From The End Of The Road Paved With Jomb Slabs) To The Intersection With Ciosnowska Street. The Estimated Length Of The Hardening Is 109.2 M And Its Width Is 5.00 M. The Hardening Will Be Made With New Multi-Hole Reinforced Concrete Slabs Of The Jomb Type, Dimensions: 100X75x12.5 Cm, Double-Reinforced. Placed On Ballast (Stabilization Layer) After Preparing The Ground On An Area Of Approximately 546 M², With A Natural Slope Towards The Plot 889/10, Reinforced With Road Crushed Stone.
