1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Following Task: Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field At The Stanisław Staszic General Education School Complex In Zgierz, On Part Of The Plot No. 169, 177/1, 177/2, Registration Area 129, In Zgierz At 3-Go Maja Street 41. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, The Following Elements: Construction Of A Polyurethane Surface Pitch On Which It Will Be Possible To Play Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Placing Appropriate Goals And Baskets. 2. The General Objective Of The Order Is To Improve The Operating Conditions Of The Facility By Modernizing Its Sports Infrastructure And Adapting It To The Needs Of Disabled People. Once Completed, The Facility Will Serve Members Of Local Communities As It Is To Be Widely Accessible.3. The Order Was Implemented With The Participation Of External Funds From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Under The Sports Poland Program - Program For The Development Of Local Sports Infrastructure - Edition 20236. Detailed Guidelines For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz;2) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 To The Swz4) Sketch From The Inventory Of The Elevations Of The Excavation For The Playing Field - Annex No. 6 To The Swz;6. The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Quantity Of Works Against The Documentation Of This Tor. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works Occurring During The Works, In Any Item Of The Bill Of Quantities It Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. The Possible Absence Of Work Necessary To Be Performed In The Bill Of Quantities, Resulting From The Documentation Of This Tor, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Documentation At The Contract Price. 7. In The Case Where An Exemplary Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Was Used Or If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Procurement Documents, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Among Others, The Use Of Devices And Systems, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subje
