A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To This Swz.5.5. Postal Items Will Be Sent By The Lubawa Commune Office By Placing A Mark Confirming Payment Of The Fee For The Service In The Form Of An Inscription, Print Or Stamp With The Content Indicated By The Contractor And By Performing The Activities Listed In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract.5.6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law.5.7. If The Ordering Party Sends Parcels Not Included In The Price List Constituting Annex No. 10 To This Swz, The Fee Will Be Charged According To The Price List Of The Contractors Postal Services In Force On The Day Of Sending These Parcels.
