The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Purchased Assortment Between Items In The Assortment And Price Forms Regarding A Given Part, Which In Total Will Not Affect The Change In The Value Of The Contract And Will Not Result In Exceeding The Value Of The Contract Indicated In The Submitted Offer For A Given Part Of The Subject Of The Order.3. A Detailed Description Of The Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Order Listed Above Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And In The Product And Price Forms Constituting Annexes No. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 To Swz.4. The Order Will Be Performed In The Second Half Of 2026, From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.5. The Contractor Will Deliver Deliveries In Installments, Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party And Communicated To The Contractor Via E-Mail By The Ordering Partys Designated Employee No Later Than Two Days Before Delivery.6. Required Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order For Individual Parts Of The Order: Part 1 Fresh Vegetables And Fruits - From Monday To Friday From 7:00 – 13:00.7. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: Warehouse Of The Social Welfare Home In (27-400) Ostrowiec Św. Street Grabowiecka 7.8. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Fresh Vegetables And Fruit In The Quantities Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz. During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party, Without Undue Delay, An Up-To-Date Test Report For The Content Of Nitrates And Nitrites, Issued By An Authorized Institution - If Applicable. Additional Requirements Regarding The Assortment: A) Should Be Characterized By High Taste, B) The Delivered Products Must Be Of The First Quality, Fresh With An Appropriate Shelf Life, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, C) Without Mechanical Damage And Biological Changes, D) Without Symptoms Of Diseases And Molds. Note: If The Contractor Is A Natural Person, He/She Includes The Following Statement In The Offer: I Am A Supplier Of Agricultural Produce From My Own Agricultural Activity, Benefiting From Tax Exemption Pursuant To Article 43(1)(3) Of The Vat Act (So-Called Flat-Rate Farmer).
