The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Project Entitled: Construction Of An Ice Rink Building With An Underground Protective Function, Together With A Recreational And Service Part At Ul. Zygmunta Augusta In Limanowa. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of The Construction Design, B) Preparation Of The Detailed Design, C) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, D) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate, E) Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, F) Preparation Of Information Regarding Bioz, G) Preparation Of Other Necessary Studies Resulting From The Selection Of Technology And Design Solution, H) Obtaining The Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Etc. Required By Law, Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For Construction, I) Exercising Authors Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524).3. The Order Does Not Include The Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, Which Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. 4. The Designed Building Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding Protective Structures, Including The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907) And The Implementing Acts To This Act In Force At The Time Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Prepare Answers To Contractors Inquiries Regarding The Design Documentation During The Public Procurement Procedure For Works And/Or Prepare Changes To The Design Documentation. 6. The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Order Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law, In Particular Art. 99 To 103 Of The Said Act. The Documentation Should Also Be Prepared In Accordance With The Implementing Acts To The Public Procurement Law, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2458).7.
