The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Branch Chipper For Wood Chips. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To: Miejski Zakład Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O.; Street Dąbska 40K; 62-600 Koło. Delivery Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.5.3. Guarantee And Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Minimum 24-Month Quality Warranty And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Subject Of The Order.
