The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Branch Chipper For Wood Chips. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To: Miejski Zakład Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O.; Street Dąbska 40K; 62-600 Koło. Delivery Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.5.3. Guarantee And Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Minimum 24-Month Quality Warranty And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Subject Of The Order. The Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order With An Appropriate Acceptance Protocol.
