The Contractor Provides The Service In Accordance With The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1590) And The Provisions Executives. The Estimated Number Of Services Is Approximately 380, Including Approximately 10 Cremations Of Bodies Weighing Over 140 Kg And Approximately 3 Cremations Of Children Up To 6 Years Of Age. The Implementation Is Based On Individual Orders Sent By E-Mail. The Body Is Collected Within 24 Hours Of The Order (Working Days), And The Urn Is Delivered Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Body. The Place Of Collection Of The Body Is The Cold Store At Ul. Kozielska 120 In Gliwice, And The Place Of Delivery Of The Urns Is The Mzuk Funeral Home In The Same Location.
