The Subject Of The Order Is Successive Deliveries Of Dairy Products To The Olympic Preparation Center In Władysławowo Together With Transport Services. The Delivered Products Must Be Of High Quality, Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Storage, Packaging And Transport Contained In Polish Standards Transposing European Standards And Have Valid Expiration Dates, And The Contractor Should Have Certificates And/Or Permits Confirming That, Through Appropriate Reference, The Precisely Marked Products Being The Subject Of The Delivery Comply With The Indicated Standards. It Is Required To Submit An Appropriate Declaration With The Content Indicated In Point. 8 Of The Supplementary Offer Form, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Presentation Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances And The Quality Of The Products For A Given Delivery. The Subject Of The Delivery Is Described In Detail In The Table In Point V.3 Swz. These Are Products Such As: Yogurt, Milk, Butter, Cream, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Etc.
