The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of An Echocardiograph Equipped With Four Specialized Heads In Order To Conduct Advanced Diagnostics Of Cardiovascular Diseases, Implemented In Order To Improve The Accessibility Of The Silesian Center For Rehabilitation And Prevention In Ustroń For People With Special Needs And To Increase The Quality Of Services Provided By The Above-Mentioned. Entity Of Benefits. The Ultrasound Device Is Intended For Examinations In The Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Of The Silesian Center For Rehabilitation And Prevention In Ustroń. The Order Is Implemented Under The Grant Project No.: Fers.03.07-Ip.07-0001/23 Called Accessibility Plus For Aos, Implemented Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Based On The Decision On Co-Financing Of The Grant Project No.: Fers.03.07-Ip.07-0001/23-00 Undertaken By The Minister Of Health On December 8, 2023 On The Basis Of The Grant Agreement No. Um.Aos.U-29036.2025-00/2025/1427/374 For The Implementation Of The Project Called: Improving Access To Medical Services For People With Special Needs In The Silesian Center Rehabilitation And Prevention In Ustroń. 2.
