Safety Training Services – Organizing Rescue Training In Fast-Flowing And Flood Waters. Object Of The Assignment: This Assignment Concerns A Service Assignment For Organizing Training Courses On Rescue In Fast-Flowing And Flood Water, For The Paulo Fire Department And The Participating Fire Brigade Zones. The Assignment Concerns A Social And Other Specific Service As Listed In Annex Iii Of The Law Of 17 June 2016. Paulo Fire Department Trains Trainees In Rescue In Fast-Flowing And Flood Water And Has A Pool Of Instructors In Training For This Purpose. To Organize These Training Courses, Paulo Works Together With A Contractor Who Can Offer The Complete Course (Per Group Of 12 Participants), Including Optional Components Such As Hotel, Restoration, Theory Room, Logistics, Materials And Certification. The Number Of Instructors That The Contractor Must Provide Is Determined By Paulo Per Training Course, Depending On: • The Number Of Available Paulo Instructors, And • The Level Of Competence That These Instructors Have Reached At That Time. The Contractor Offers A Structure That Allows Paulo Instructors To: • Actively Participate In The Training, • Gain Practical Experience Under The Supervision Of A Fully Qualified Instructor, • And Gradually Grow Towards Autonomous Employability[Mp6.1][Mp6.2][Me6.3]. Duration Of The Agreement: The Execution Period Of This Contract Is 2 Years, Starting From The Date Of Notification Of The Award. After This Fixed Period, The Assignment Can Be Tacitly Extended For 2 Periods Of 12 Months Each, Under The Same Contractual Conditions.[Mp7.1][Me7.2] These Extensions Serve Solely To Allow Paulo To Evaluate The Quality, Operation And Results Of The Training Courses And, If Necessary, To Start A New Procedure If The Assignment No Longer Meets Expectations After Two Years. If The Training Courses Are Positively Evaluated, They Can Benefit From This Service For Up To 4 Years, Also Taking Into Account The Investments And Costs Associated With Such Specialist Training.
