The Ordering Party (Waste Transferor) Will Prepare Waste Records Documents Via An Individual Account In The Database On Products, Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo), In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).
