The Acquisition Does Not Concern The License Of The Software Itself, But Services Related To The Implementation, Maintenance, Support And Development Of Evaka. The Implementation Project Includes, Among Other Things, Project Management, System Configuration, Data Migrations, Implementation And Testing Of Integrations, User Training, And Transition To Production And Acceptance Testing. The Support And Maintenance Service Covers The Operation, Monitoring, Backup, Security And Repair Updates Of The Saas Environment, As Well As The Support Service According To The Agreed Service Levels. The Procurement May Also Include Supplementary Expert Services, Such As Further Development, Integration And Change Work. The Service Model Must Support The Principles Of Open Source Code, Information Security And Data Protection, Multi-Supplier Model As Well As The Ownership Of The Subscribers Data And A Possible Change Of Supplier. The One-Supplier Model Reduces Interface And Coordination Risks And Supports The Management Of Information Security, Data Protection And Operational Reliability Throughout The Systems Life Cycle. Dividing The Procurement To Several Suppliers Would Increase The Administrative Burden And Delivery Risks Without A Corresponding Added Value For The Customer. The Expected Value Calculated In Accordance With Section 30 Of The Procurement Act Is Eur 600,000. This Is A Non-Binding Estimate Of The Purchasing Unit And The Purchase Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation.
