Recreational, Cultural And Sporting Services - Active Międzyzdroje - Water Recreation, I.E. Activation Of The Inhabitants Of The Międzyzdroje Commune Through The Purchase Of Recreational And Sports Services In The Field Of Using The Swimming Pool And Water Recreation In The Years 2026 - 2029. I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Recreational And Sports Services To The Residents Of The Międzyzdroje Commune In The Years 2026 - 2029 As Part Of The Active Międzyzdroje - Water Recreation Program. 1) Recreational And Sports Services, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, Will Be Provided Only To Holders Of The Międzyzdroje Resident Card And Their Children Who Use The Services On The Basis Of The Card Issued To The Parent. 2) Before Allowing A Given Person To Use The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Authorization Of This Person Based On The Valid Personal Międzyzdroje Resident Card Of The Given Person Or The Childs Parent, If The User Is A Child. Ii. As Part Of The Provision Of Services, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Make The Recreational And Sports Facility Located In The Międzyzdroje Commune Available Every Day During The Opening Hours Of The Facility (For A Maximum Of 3 Hours Per Day / Person), Excluding The Months Of June, July, August And September In Order To Use The Water Zone, I.E. Swimming Pool Zone, Sauna Zone And Gym, To Authorized Residents Of The Międzyzdroje Commune, With Particular Emphasis On The Water Attractions Available On The Premises For Children. Children; The Provision Includes The Use Of Changing Rooms And Sanitary Facilities With Showers On General Terms, In Accordance With The Facilitys Regulations, 2) Ensuring Safety Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: 1) Ensuring An Appropriate Number Of Lifeguards, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 2) Ensuring Compliance With The Obligation To Introduce Standards For The Protection Of Minors, In Accordance With Art. 22B Point 2 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 110); 3) Applying A Preferential, Uniform Price List For Participants Of The Active Międzyzdroje - Water Recreation Program, I.E. Applying A Specific Preferential Discount On The Purchase Price Of The Entry Ticket (3 Hours/Person) Upon Presentation Of A Valid Personal Międzyzdroje Resident Card. Iii. The Contractor Undertakes To Properly Perform The Services In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations, In Particular: 1) The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended), 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of January 23, 2012 On The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Number Of Lifeguards Providing Permanent Control Of The Designated Water Area (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1981), 3) Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protecting Minors. Iv. 1) Recreational And Sports Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Contractors Facility, Without Differentiating The Availability Of Individual Services In The Facility For People Using The Facility Under This Agreement And Other Users. 2) The Facility Will Be Made Available Under This Agreement
