The Scope Of Services Is The Operation, Maintenance And Repair Of 76 Gas And 3 Oil Boiler Systems As Well As A Heat Pump (Built In 2026) For The Central Heating And Hot Water Supply Of 2,182 Residential And Commercial Units With Approx. 159,300 M² Of Connected Living And Usable Space Of The Ag, Mainly In Mitte, Reinickendorf, Charlottenburg, Steglitz, Spandau And Falkensee. The Scope Of Services Also Includes Heating Oil Delivery. The Services Concern The Heating Stations And Associated System Components; The Heating Pipe Networks And Radiators In The Rental Units Are Not Part Of The Contract. The Maintenance Portion Of The Service (E.G. Repairs To Boilers, Pumps, Fittings, Etc.) Only Applies To Services Up To A Gross Amount Of Eur 2,500 Per Individual Case.
