International 67 In The Form Of: Preparation Of A Comprehensive Development Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For A Construction Project Involving The Demolition (Demolition) Of The Existing Auditorium And The Construction Of A New Auditorium With A Roof And Commercial Premises Located Under The Auditorium, As Well As The Renovation Of The Existing Concert Hall With Facilities In The Skaryszewski Park. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Carrying Out An Examination Of The Existing Condition (On-Site Visit, Analysis Of The Employers Materials), An Architectural, Construction And Industry Inventory And A Survey For Demolition, B) Developing A Design For The Demolition Of The Existing Auditorium Along With Formal And Legal Annexes (Application/Permit - In Accordance With The Qualification), C) Developing Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A New Auditorium With A Roof And Commercial Premises Under The Auditorium (Including Solutions For Safety Of Use, Evacuation, Accessibility, Fire Protection), However, The New Auditorium Must Be Designed In An Outline (Plan) And Dimensions Similar To The Existing Auditorium Intended For Demolition, Allowing For Adjustments Resulting Solely From Legal Regulations, Safety Requirements, Accessibility, Conservation Conditions, Protection Of Greenery And Terrain Conditions; The Number Of Seats For The Audience Cannot Be Less Than The Number Of Seats For The Existing Audience Determined In Stage I, D) Preparation Of Documentation For The Renovation Of The Existing Band Shell And The Facilities (Including: Identification Of The Causes Of Moisture/Leaks And Repair Solutions, Installations For The Stage Function, Infrastructure Of The Control Room, Possible Dismantling Of Grates/Elements - After Confirmation), E) Inclusion In The Design Documentation Of Issues Related To Sound Reception In The Stage-Audience Relationship By Adopting Appropriate Solutions Material And Spatial, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, F) Obtaining The Required Approvals/Opinions/Decisions (Including Conservation Decisions), G) And Supporting The Ordering Party In The Procedure For Construction Works And Authors Supervision, H) Developing A Description Of The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract, Prepared On The Basis Of The Prepared Design Documentation, In A Manner Consistent With The Public Procurement Law, Enabling A Separate Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works To Be Conducted.
