The Object Of The Procurement Is The Electronic Parking Permit Management System To Be Used By The City Of Turku As A Software Service And Related Services. The Parking Permit System Must Cover Resident Parking Permits, Business Parking Permits, Home Care Parking Permits, Carpooling Parking Permits And Special City Permits As Well As Other Individual Exemption Permits. The Parking Permit System Must Cover The Management Of Permits Like The One Mentioned And The Special Features Related To Them; An Electronic Customer Portal Where You Can Buy Or Apply For A Permit, As Well As A Clear Back-End System For Manual Permit Management, Monitoring And Preparation Of Reports.
