The León Penitentiary Center Is Located In The Municipality Of Mansilla De Las Mulas, Located Approximately 25 Km From The Town Of León. For The Movement Of Working Personnel From Their Location Of Residence To The Workplace, It Is Necessary To Contract The Transportation Service For A Period Of Two Years With A Company In The Sector Fully Qualified For Its Execution, Given That There Is No Public Transportation That Covers Said Journey Nor Does The Penitentiary Center Have Sufficient Means To Carry Out The Service To Be Contracted.
