It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Multi-Tenant Product Manager System (Mps). Vdv-Ets Was Commissioned By Product Owners Who Have Concluded An Agency Agreement With It For The Procurement, Construction And Operation Of The Mps (Hereinafter: Authorized Parties) To Carry Out The Procurement And Technical Operational Management. Vdv-Ets Not Only Acts As A Central Procurer, But Also As A Product Owner And Later Client Due To The Operation Of The National Client. Upon Completion Of The Award Procedure, The Contractor Concludes The Comprehensive Contract With Vdv-Ets. In The Framework Agreement (Chapter A), This Contains The General Contractual Conditions For The Use Of The Mps By All Beneficiaries, As Well As In The Work And Operating Contract (Chapter B) All The Regulations For The Setup And Operation Of The Mps. In Addition, The Contract Includes A Template For A Service Contract (Appendix A1), On The Basis Of Which The Beneficiaries Are Entitled To Independently Request The Service From The Contractor In Accordance With The Framework Agreement.
