The Winning Design Envisages A Hybrid Construction Made Of Solid And Wooden Construction, Which Is Impressive In Terms Of Design, Building Physics And Ecology: Solid Building Cores Made Of Exposed Concrete Provide The Bracing And At The Same Time Provide Storage Mass For The Thermal Concept. These Cores Include Vertical Circulation, Sanitary Areas As Well As Technical And Ancillary Rooms.
