Hiring Of A Specialized Company For The Rental Of 04 (Four) Municipal Solid Waste Collection And Compactor Trucks, 4X2 Traction, Minimum Year/Model 2018/2018, With Diesel Engine Of At Least 190 Hp, Conventional Cab With Hydraulic Steering And Climate Control, Transmission With At Least Six Gears And Air Braking System With Abs. Compactors Must Have A Minimum Capacity Of 10 M³, Rear Loading, Functional Compaction Hydraulic System And Safety Devices. Vehicles Must Be Fully Regulated, Free From Accidents, Equipped With Tires In Good Condition, Digital Tachograph, Signage In Accordance With Legislation, In Addition To Including Full Insurance, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, And Immediate Replacement In Case Of Breakdown, Being Ready For Immediate Operation In The Collection Of Urban Solid Waste In The Municipality Of Itabaiana/Pb. In Case Of Breakdown, Mechanical Breakdown, Operational Defect Or Any Impossibility Of Using The Rented Vehicle, The Contracted Company Must Provide The Replacement With Another Compacting Vehicle In Perfect Conditions Of Use (Being The Contractors Responsibility To Remove The Vehicle), With Characteristics Equal To Or Superior To Those Initially Made Available, Within A Maximum Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours, Counting From The Formal Communication From The Administration. The Replacement Must Occur Without Any Additional Burden For The Contractor, In Order To Guarantee The Continuity Of Public Waste Collection Services And Avoid Harm To The Population. Vehicles Must Be Delivered To City Hall.
