Bids must be accompanied by the following: · Unconditional Bank Guarantee: A lump-sum bank guarantee of $15,000, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the bids (May 14, 2026, to September 11, 2026). Bank guarantees must be issued by authorized banks and are subject to security vetting. · Tax Card: A copy of a valid tax card. · Commercial Registration: A copy of a valid commercial registration. · Zakat Card: A copy of a valid Zakat card. · Identification: A copy of the personal ID card(s) of the contractor(s). · Quote Validity: Price offers must remain valid for a period of 6 months.
