Quotation are invited for Procurement of Medicines and Medical Consumables for the Rehabilitation and Training Centre Majidun Ikorodu (Category B) The Ministry of Health is seeking quotation for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL CONSUMABLES FOR THE REHABILITATION AND TRAINING CENTRE MAJIDUN IKORODU (CATEGORY B) For this purpose, you will find attached Price Schedule for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL CONSUMABLES FOR THE REHABILITATION AND TRAINING CENTRE MAJIDUN IKORODU (CATEGORY B) You are requested to complete this Price Schedule providing us your best price and upload it on the e-procurement portal. The opening and closing date of Quotation is stated on the e-procurement portal. The price of your quotation shall clearly indicate the total price, and the time and place of delivery of the goods. The goods shall be supplied at the Ministry of Health within Four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the Letter of Award. Your quotation shall remain valid for 60 days and the goods shall be accompanied by the most favourable warranty available.
