The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Maintenance Service Of The Air Conditioning Systems Of Different Precincts Of The Municipality Of Huechuraba With The Objective Of Ensuring Their Optimal Functioning, Operational Continuity And Adequate Comfort Conditions For Officials And Users. In General, The Maintenance Contemplated Is Preventive, That Is, Mechanical Or Electrical Elements Will Be Replaced To The Extent That They Fail Due To Wear Of The Elements Or Due To Events That Imply Failures In The Systems Themselves. In Any Case, It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Anticipate, Detect And Report The Elements That Require Imminent Change Or A Stock Of Spare Parts Is Needed.
