The Municipality Of Talagante Requires The Replacement Of The Interior Ceiling In An Area Of 181 M², Through The Installation Of A Plasterboard-Cardboard System On A Galvanized Steel Structure. The Work Includes Removal Of Damaged Elements, Leveling, Fixing Of Plates, Treatment Of Joints, Surface Finishing And Preparation For Painting, Ensuring A Correct Aesthetic And Functional Finish. Likewise, The Replacement Of The Roof On An Area Of 149 M² Is Contemplated, Through The Installation Of Pv4 Type Zinc Sheets. The Process Includes The Removal Of The Existing Roof, Review And Eventual Repair Of The Roof Structure, Placement Of New Sheets With Their Respective Overlaps, Fixings And Seals, Guaranteeing Watertightness And Adequate Drainage Of Rainwater. All Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Current Technical Standards, Considering Quality Materials And Specialized Labor.
