It Has Been Also Observed That Due To The Rapid Urbanisation And Related Land Fill Works, Natural Wadis And Agriculture Drainage Channels Have Been Partially Or Fully Blocked Leading To Localised Flooding In Several Areas. These FloodingS Are Regular Events Causing Property Damage, Inconvenience To Public And Heavy Government Expenditure For Temporary Remedial Works.
