The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Complete Renovation And Modernization Of The Sanitary Facilities (Bathrooms And Toilets) In The Pečka City Care Services Building, Which Include The Total Dismantling Of Existing Furnishings, Tiles And Pavements At The End Of Their Useful Life, Monitoring And Subsequent Implementation Of New Internal Ppr Water Supply Lines And Pvc Sewerage, Including Outlet Modifications, Installation Of New Sanitary Equipment (Tubs With The Support Of A Lifting Device, Showers, Toilets And Sinks), Replacement Radiators, Kitchen Unit And Installation Of New Led Lighting And Electrical Installation Elements. The Work Also Includes Remediation Of The Surfaces Of The Walls And Ceilings, Including Scraping Of Paintings, Repair Of Plaster With Reinforcing Mesh, Application Of Full-Surface Waterproofing Screed And Laying Of New Ceramic Tiles And Large-Format Tiles, As Well As Replacement Of Interior Door Leaves, Including Overhaul Of Steel Door Frames, All Within The Scope And Specification According To The Project Documentation.
