The Norwegian Public Roads Administration At The Section Building Operation South West (Hereafter Referred To As The Employer) Wants Offers For The Delivery Of Rental Brokerage Services In The Counties Of Rogaland And Vestland. The Client Acquires A Significant Number Of Properties And Homes In Connection With The Implementation Of Road Projects. Some Of These Properties Will Be Demolished Immediately, While A Significant Proportion Will Be Retained And Rented Out Temporarily Pending Further Development. The Largest Portfolio Of Rental Housing Is Linked To The E16 Arna–Stanghelle Project, Which Stretches Between Arna And Vaksdal. It Is Expected That This Volume Will Be Maintained During The Agreement Period. A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Ensure Uniform, Efficient And Standardized Administration Of The Rental Business In The Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
