Parts Of The Existing Building Mass Will Be Converted Into Premises For The Fire Service And The Civil Defence. The Climate Shell Is To Be Upgraded, The Room Divided Into Warm Zones And Cold Zones. Work Involves Extensive Demolition Work Inside. The Roof Must Be Re-Roofed And The Windows Replaced. The Total Surface Area/Floor Area Of The Building Is Just Under 500 M2 Bra. In Addition, The Outdoor Area Must Be Processed, Parking Spaces Marked, Old Fence And Road Barrier Removed, Sinkholes Repaired And Some Reasphalting In Accordance With The Attached Outdoor Plan And Description. Water And Drainage Must Be Connected To External Piping. Excavation Work And Return For This Must Also Be Included. The Contract To Be Entered Into Is A Turnkey Contract According To Ns 8407:2011.
