Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement Regarding Strategic Communication Consultancy, Creative Services And Media Purchasing

The Contracting Authority For This Tender Is: The National Board Of Health. Group Procurement At The Ministry Of The Interior And Health Is Responsible For The Organization And Implementation Of The Tender On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority. The Client Consists Of An Executive Board, A Secretariat And Nine Healthcare Units. The Framework Agreement Can Be Used By The Entire Danish Health Authority. The Tender Includes A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of Strategic Advice, Creative Services And Media Purchases For The Danish Health Authority. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into Three Sub-Agreements: • Sub-Agreement 1: Strategic Consultancy • Sub-Agreement 2: Creative Services • Sub-Agreement 3: Media Purchasing The Three Sub-Agreements Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2 Requirements Specification. The Ordering Party Intends To Award; Partial Agreement 1 For One Supplier; Partial Agreement 3 For One Supplier; And Sub-Agreement 2 For Two Suppliers. Allocation Takes Place On The Condition That A Sufficient Number Of Fit And Suitable Offers Are Received. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Assign To Fewer Suppliers Or To Cancel The Partial Agreement(S) In Question. When Specific Orders Are Awarded Under The Framework Agreement, A Separate Delivery Contract Is Entered Into For Each Order. For Partial Agreement 2, The Specific Orders Are Awarded On The Basis Of A Direct Award Or Upon A Reopening Of The Competition (Mini Tender). Direct Allocation Takes Place On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement And The Offer That Was The Basis For The Suppliers Admission To The Framework Agreement.
