The Street And Green Area Unit Of Sipoo Municipality Is Requesting A Bid For The Construction Of The Segrispuisto Pumptrack Track Located In Nikkilä, Sipoo. The Pumptrack Track Is Implemented In Accordance With The Layout And Construction Plans And It Is A Rolling Track With An Asphalt Surface, Which Is Intended For Bicycles, Kick Boards, Roller Skates And Skateboards. The Contractor Will Implement The Shapes, Lighting And Asphalting Of The Surfaces Of The Pumptrack Track And Its Surroundings, Fully Prepared. The Contract Must Be Completed By September 30, 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Total Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And Finnish Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. The Developer Is Sipoo Municipality, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Basis For Selection Is The Cheapest Price. The Basis For Payment Is The Total Price Determined On The Basis Of The Contract (Contract Price). The Contractor Can Carry Out Part Of The Work With Subcontractors Approved By The Customer. The Customer Does Not Allow Chaining Of Subcontracts. The Customer Has The Right To Reject A Contractor Or Subcontractor Who Has Not Submitted The Required Reports Before Starting Work Or Who Is A Subcontractor Of A Subcontractor.
